Why does some of the merchandise take 7 - 12 business days to receive?
- Some of our product such as hats, coozies, and mugs are held in stock year round. However, most apparel is specialty ordered in single pieces and embroidered per your request and your desired logo.
How do I return an item that doesn't fit or isn't what I wanted?
- Any item can be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns are accepted as long as the merchandise is not damaged or worn. You can ship your return via UPS or FED EX to;

What if it has been longer then 12 business days and I haven't received my order?
- Please contact us immediately and we will run the UPS tracking number to verify its location.
Will I be credited for shipping on my return?
- No we do not credit any shipping charges.
How often do you run sales on your website?
- We will now be running sales seasonally and near all Holidays.
How often will you be offering new merchandise and new product on your website?
- New merchandise is always available and we will do our best to update the website on all new product/merchandise every 60 days.
Do you sell RV parts?
- Other then the few maintenance products we have on our website, we do not sell RV parts. Please feel free to contact Forest River's parts Department at 574-534-3167 and they will be happy to assist you.
What if I received something that was broken or damaged?
- Feel free to return it immediately with the enclosed exchange slip and we will send you another item immediately. You can contact us as well to let us know you will be returning the product to us.
