This All Weather coat is both wind and water resistant.  It has 100% nylon shell and 100% polyester anti-pill fleece interior body lining to keep you warm through all types of weather.  It has diagonal front zip pockets, two inside pockets, and charcoal fleece lining up to the collar. Machine wash and dry.
